Delivery time

Most orders ship the same or next working day from our facility. Standard delivery to most Indian PIN codes takes 3–5 working days. Remote areas may take up to 7 working days.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders ₹499 and above.
• Below ₹499, a flat fee of ₹49 applies.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also track from My Account → Order Tracking.

International orders

We currently ship within India. International shipping is launching soon.

Address changes

If you need to update your delivery address, contact us at info@gdmnutra.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
